Shipping:
All orders placed before 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be processed the next business day!
Please expect 1-3 days for delivery orders to be shipped out.
Delivery
In-Store/Online:
The shipping cost within the United States is $12.00. Hair Orders over $500.00 free shipping in the United States.
Uber service:
If you place an order online and wanted it delivered by a Uber pickup service, you will need to call a Uber to do the pickup and pay for the service, we do not offer derlivery by person. So it's only store pickup, Uber pickup or shipping by USPS. Please make sure to call 909-999-1358 if you have a Uber pickup so we will know. Thank you!
Hair/Wigs:
All Hair and Wigs sales are FINAL! We do exchanges. Exchanges ARE ACCEPTED ONLY within 3 days (If not worn/dyed or styled in a form that wasn’t given to the customer).
Customers will receive a store credit only!
Wig customers must pay a deposit or pay in full before the wig is made.
Once you submit a wig customization order there are NO CANCELLATIONS once the wig is started.
Moana Hair Wig Sewing Machine
In order to purchase a Moana Wig sewing machine a $500.00 deposit is REQUIRED. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
FULL PAYMENT of 2,500.00
All money must be paid in full upon delivery. $2,500.00 is the total cost for the Machine. Setup and Wig Designing Class is included in the price
Moana Hair Wig Customization Class
To attend one of our Wig making classes a $200.00 deposit or more must be paid to secure your spot $575.00 is the total cost balance the balance must be paid in full the day before class.
Customers must show a seller's permit/wholesale license or Cosmetology license to purchase at wholesale price.
Moana Hair - Store Policies
We must ask all customers if they’re a hairstylist (please bring a copy of your cosmetology license or seller's permit) and Wholesale customers for their credentials to place on file. They Must have a Cosmetology license or Seller’s permit. Otherwise, we HAVE to charge a retail price and taxes.
Wig sales in-store should be sold at a Retail price if not a stylist or wholesale customer. Unless they’ve purchased 3 or more wigs previously.
If a walk-in customer comes and is interested to complete wig customization and they are NOT A STYLIST. An additional $75.00 to $100.00 to the listed price depending on the length and density of the wig.
Customers that come in to have a wig made are not Wholesale customers or Stylists. The hair should be sold to them at a retail price. We can still give them our wig sewing service at $100.00 or more.
All Wig Sales or Final no returns exchange only store credit within 3 days if not worn.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!
