Wig Customization Service
Create a custom wig from Moana Hair bundles or hair you supply. Our wig-making service combines machine-sewn construction with a breathable cap and adjustable straps for a natural-looking finished style.
Product Specifications
- Service: custom wig construction; hair and installation are not included.
- Materials: separately purchased or customer-supplied weft bundles with a compatible lace closure or frontal.
- Construction: machine-sewn on a breathable cap with adjustable straps.
- Finish: basic styling included; shampooing and conditioning performed as needed.
- Style planning: a frontal or closure with 2–3 bundles is a typical starting point; requirements vary by length and desired fullness.
- Select the appropriate construction option and arrange cap sizing with our team. Add-on services are not complete-wig prices.
Cap Sizing
Cap size options XXS–XXL cost $10 each, separate from wig construction and hair. Other add-on prices are shown on the service product page.
How to Order
We will confirm the design, materials, cap fit and complete service quote with you. Production takes 1–2 business days after all specifications are approved, required payment is received and materials are ready.

Custom Production, Shipping & Cancellations
Custom wigs are completed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after all specifications are approved, required payment is received and all production materials are ready. Standard transit is estimated at an additional 2–3 business days to the contiguous 48 US states and Washington, DC. Mixed orders ship together after custom production is complete.
Free standard shipping on a combined product and custom wig-making service subtotal of $99 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping; otherwise $12. Contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses.
Custom orders may be canceled free of charge before specifications are approved and production has actually started. After both conditions are met, change-of-mind cancellation is not available. Custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; verified incorrect, damaged or defective items remain covered. If we cannot dispatch on time, you may agree to a revised date or cancel the unshipped portion for an appropriate refund.
